#wine #winebar #new #food #nyack # Benton's Ham and Mango features world renowned American smoked ham from @bentonsbacon in Madisonville, Tennessee, served with ripe mango. This is our play on prosciutto and melon. The French Connection has been a favorite of our new cocktail program since we opened. Clean, crisp and lively with citrus fruit. Simple yet sophisticated.

Salted grapefruit hopped bitters, Pineau des Charentes Cognac, L.N. Mattei Cap Corse, Bordiga Chicken Liver Mousse on Chef Eric's Sourdough, Roasted Grapes and Fennel Pollen:
A slice of chef Eric’s (@mostly.dough) batard is topped with chicken liver mousse black pepper and roasted grapes dusted with fennel pollen. Living the high life, neighbor! Oh, hi, @dpnbpastashop 

The Spaghett is our take on the classic beer cocktail, served in a can-shaped class. We use Narragansett Lager served with Amoro de Vino Apéro Iberico (think a juicier and less sweet Ape Pairings? We do pairings. Are a great many of them going to involve rosé and potato chips? Maybe. Will they also get into a grower Champagne and potato chips? Probably. But also things that aren't potato chips. How about quick-blanched squid a Try our Benton's Ham and Mango with a glass of Amontillado Sherry for the ultimate Italian-American-Filipino-Spanish mash-up. For our unique cocktail program, LND worked with @amaro_party to craft a sophisticated range of cocktails appealing to a variety of palates. Celebrating the tradition of aperitivi, the cocktails feature vermouths, sherries, amari and other fortified The Pineapple Express is our take on tiki. You have the drink, now you just need the boat.

Pineapple, thyme, Cardamaro Amaro, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, amontillado sherry, rainwater Madeira, Port float, Angostura bitters. Comes in at 9.9% abv. Squid, fried rosemary, almonds and lemon: 
We take tender Rhode Island squid quickly blanched and served in a tangle with lemon vinaigrette, fried rosemary and Marcona almonds. Red endive, Cara Cara oranges, Muscatel vinegar, shallots and Bottarga. Sweet, acidic, bitter and rich with umami. This and a bottle of Franco Terpin’s Quinto Quarto Bianco and you have yourself a solid Thursday evening. Come as you are and see
